I had a water damage in the kitchen that affected the floor, I had an excellent experience with Shield, since they promptly did the emergency cleanup and then the coordination with the insurance, then planning to execution of the repairs, they took care of everything and were always available to answer any question I had during the process. Im very happy with the quality of the work and will definitely call them again when needed.

I had a sink overflow in my laundry room.tbay leaked down to the basement. There was quite a bit of damage and it's of course a difficult experience. I found Shield Restoration on homestars and they came on scene quite quickly. Steve was very knowledgeable and helpful in giving an idea of what work needed to be done and direction on the steps to take. The emergency work was done quickly and Steve helped coordinate with the Insurance as well to ensure everything was transparent. I had a log of back and forth with the Insurance on what is covered and Steve was very helpful in explaining complexities of the work to be done to the adjustor even though it took a lot of back and forth with the adjustor.

The selection of tiles and specifics of the estimate was made very smooth. The work itself was done ok schedule. Bryan did a great job of coordinating the work and keeping me informed. Shoutout to Aaron who was also very courteous, knowledgeable and did the reno work very well. Big thanks to the Shield Restoration team for a great job done with the repairs.

My daughters apartment was flooded from above.she had to move out to have new floors put in.Steve was amazing to deal with.Im 3 hours away but Steve took a lot of the stress away.His company co-ordinated with the the flooring company and the general contractor.I couldnt of asked for a better company.Claudia who did the packing up of the apartment couldnt have been nicer.Thanks for everything!

I have had the misfortune of having had more then one occasion to deal with water leaks. I have called Steve and his team every time. They have always been there with great speed and most importantly have been able to remedy the problem without the need to make an insurance claim as the repairs have been below my deducible.

We have had three emergency situations in the past 6 months due to improper installation of waterproofing and sump-pump connections from previous home owners - less than ideal. They clean up the initial accident and continue to provide their services and sound advice throughout until everything is resolved. After waking up to find water damage to my basement from a pipe leak, I called Shield Restoration early in the morning. They responded immediately and was able to get a crew over to my house in hours to help with emergency damage mitigation. Very professional service. This company is responsible, professional and efficient, taking over the stresses from the complication of a sewer backup in our basement and making it theirs. Our basement wreaked after the sewer backed up. Shield Restoration attended quickly, took care of the contaminated area, and odors from it.
The reno people, quickly and efficiently replaced the flooring, taking the greatest care for our belongings. The work performed was very professional and detailed. The workers, respected our privacy and ensured upon their completion that we were 100% satisfied, before they left our house. And to top it all off, i received a Warranty for the work they did .
