Sam was very responsive. The job site was kept very clean and old eavestrough taken away. We purchased 6 inch eavestrough with leaf guards. We had a good rain and no leaks. They did miss a downspout, however, once I mentioned it they quickly added it to the space. This area originally had no downspout so simple issue quickly resolved. I recommend Sam and his team.
