I had a leak no roofer could find. Figured it was from faulty siding and Prestige was given the job. The leak was exposed and fixed, superior materials were installed, and nice new siding adorns the house today. Well done in every way! Highly recommended!

I had a soffit panel come loose as a result of windstorm. It was very high up and out of reach for me. Squirrels were moving in to nest.

Sam and his team did wonderful work on our home. Very friendly and detailed with their work! We had contacted them originally just for a siding replacement as we have a racoon problem in the area and they have been chewing on our very old 1970's wooden siding. We also ended up replacing our old leaky gutters. Sam and team came to do the job within a few days of quoting and the price was very fair. We're so happy we found Prestige and will be recommending them to family and friends as well!

Part of our fascia was dislodged during the windstorm and Prestige sent a contractor out to replace both sides of the peak gable of the 3 storey home in the very cold weather conditions They were fast to respond and their workmanship was very good. Their pricing was also very fair and reasonable and they took the time to explain the work being performed. We were more than pleased with their service and will be using them again for our upcoming projects.

The company was fantastic and Sam always replies very quickly to questions and concerns. His suggestions for the project made these parts of our home pop.

The crew was friendly and punctual and followed direction from Sam to the tee.

The only cpmplaint I have is that the cleanup left much to be desired.

Sam and his team did a great job on short notice for us. We had squirrels in our room and subsequently discovered that our entire soffit had been installed incorrectly and wasn't sealed anywhere. We needed to have it redone on short notice so the wildlife removal person could come back to install a one-way door for the squirrels to leave. Sam was able to do an inspection within a day or two and begin work a few days later. We were having issues were our eavestroughs leaking for the corners too so decided to have those redone. The team was quick and the work looks great. Very satisfied.

Prestige was quick to respond and quote me a fair price. There were a few communication challenges between the boss and his workers about the work that was to be done but in the end the work was done well. We needed them to come back to finish some small things and they did so in a timely manner.
