Our dishwasher was making a loud, crackling noise when starting it up.
Yevhen was very responsive and accommodating in setting up the appointment. He arrived on time and quickly got to work. He found the problem and had it fixed in less than 20 minutes. He was very friendly and professional. He even fixed a few other issues with the dishwasher that were not part of the original request. He did an excellent job and I will definitely call him again for any future appliance repairs.

I called Mr. Pankratenko to disconnect the gas to an old unit and connect to a new. He was very accommodating, fitting us in around his busy schedule. Upon arrival, he was prompt and professional. I highly recommend him.

We had noticed that our dishwasher was leaking. Usually it would look ok while running but when we woke up in the morning there was a large puddle on the ground. My GF found Yevhen and he managed to squeeze us in. He was quick to find the problem, he had the part, and in less than an hour he was gone. it has been over a month and there are no more issues! he put everything back and even noticed we had an extra bracket to secure it and attached it. he was very polite and worth every penny.

I called Yevhen to repair my fridge. He came the next day, diagnosed the problem, gave me an estimate, ordered the parts, and when the part came in, he came right away to install it. His estimate was accurate. The fridge is working perfectly. I am very satisfied with Yevhen's work.
