Yevhen impressed us even before he arrived to install our new dishwasher. We contacted him to ask a number of question regarding a repair of the old dishwasher. Freezer was heating up randomly and intermittently.

Yevhen came out same day and diagnosed the issue in minutes. Outlined the options, gave a very honest assessment about the overall life of the fridge (repair or not), and then completed the repair right there (new starter).

Total visit was maybe 30 minutes all in and fridge/freezer was running beautifully right away.

We had a leak in our dishwasher. YEV came a couple days later, diagnosed the problem within a few minutes and had the part to repair. So far no leaks. Cheaper than buying a new Bosch and YEV shared good info/advice. He is our go to appliance repair guy from now on.
