I had 2 issues pop up unexpectedly with my dryers and needed a repair person to come asap to fix them. Yevhen was not only able to book me in quickly, but he was prompt, communicative, and very quickly identified the issues and how to fix them. He even offered a warranty for the service and went out of his way to explain what I could do to avoid the issue in the future.

I highly recommend him and will continue to use him in the future for all of my appliance repairs.

Yevhen is a great communicator and is very knowledgeable at what he does. When my dryer stopped working, Yevhen did a quick diagnosis which pointed to the circuit board being the problem. When i got a new part, he arrived and fixed the machine without even me being there.

My dishwasher had been acting up for quite some time and not draining properly. Yevhen was able to come by the day after I requested assistance. The problem was difficult to diagnose, but he stayed for a good 20 minutes with me discussing the possible problems. After trying a couple of quick fixes to see if any of the hoses were blocked, Yevhen determined it was either the water pressure, or that my control panel was failing. Since he could not help me any further Yevhen only charged me for the service call. I'm very happy to say it seems it was the water pressure issue as the dishwasher has been running smoothly ever since!

Yevhen is professional, knowledgeable and polite. My dishwasher was not draining and i couldn't for the life of me figure out what it was. Turns out it was the drain hose itself. His process is very transparent. He showed me the cost of the part being installed, explained everything he was doing as well as his labour charges. I would not hesitate to call him again if I ever need an appliance fixed or installed. He also gave great advice on future maintenance for the dishwasher. He finished the job in less than an hour.

Bosch dishwasher with a E25 code indicating blocked pump. I tried to fix myself by checking blockages in the pump where accessable and the hoses, could not find. Yevhen set up appt, came when scheduled and removed a piece of glass from within in no time. Works properly now, but he also gave a "just in case" price if pump ever needs replacement, so we know. His price was very reasonable. Would definitely use again.

I needed service for both my dishwasher and stove. Yevhen diagnosed both quickly, repaired the stove quickly and helped me problem solve a few unusual quirks which makes it inadvisable to repair the dishwasher. I will call him again, will use him when I have new appliances installed and will recommend him to friends.

Arrived same day, fixed my fridge, kept the working space clean, price was reasonable, offered a warranty on service, good attitude, friendly guy. Wouldn't hesitate to use him again.
