Yevhen was very courteous and professional.
I had a built in Microwave and oven to repair.
The oven was repaired but the microwave could not be repaired as the part is no longer available.
Luckily I had another similar microwave and Yevhen was able to use it as a replacement for my built in one. I was very pleased with the final outcome.

Yevhen came promptly to inspect my very old washing machine. Quickly found why it was leaking. Ordered parts on his phone , giving me a reasonable total price.
Came two days later when the parts arrived and installed them quickly.

Yevhen is an honest individual and a pleasure to deal with. I had an issue with my oven which was not working. I called Yevhen and he made an appointment with me. He texted me before his arrival and gave me the exact time. He was very polite and knowledgeable. He told me what the problem was and the cost to fix it. He showed me the price for the part online (Element). He told me that he would order the part for me and text me when the part was ready. He contacted me 2 days later and we scheduled for him to come over and replace the element. He showed up on time and replaced the part. He was very respectful of my house. He is highly recommended, and I will use his services in the future if a need arises.

Yevhen, was easy to book, arrived on time and made practical suggestions to repair my oven instead of recommending that spend a lot of money and time replacing parts. He also diagnosed and explained that the issue with my microwave just wasn't worth it to try and fix it. The microwave functions properly, but the start button occasionally acts up. Since repair wasn't an option, the cost would be prohibitive. I appreciate his honesty.

Yevhen came quickly the next day, and expertly repaired the washing machine pump. It also has a warranty for 3 months( like a new pump would have).
