Dishwasher was not heating not supplying enough water. The supply line was blocked and Yevhen fixed it quickly without charging extra. The heating element in the pump would have been uneconomical to replace so he recommended me quick fixes to get around the problem and it works well.

We found Yevhen on Homestars and were impressed with his reviews. I called him yesterday afternoon about my oven that would no longer heat up. He gave me a 4 hour window to come check out my oven today and arrived at the start of the 4 hours, after texting me to tell me he would be arriving shortly. It then took him no time at all to diagnose the problem and provide me with an estimate that included quotes for if the problem was a smaller issue or, less likely a bigger issue so I was aware of the possible outcomes. He also kindly gave me time to decide if I wanted to go through with the repair and then came back the same day with the part needed. Lucky for us, in the end, it was the smaller less expensive issue that was the problem and our oven is back to working again! We wound happily reach out to Yevhen again for any other appliance repairalthough fingers crossed we wont need to!! Thanks Yevhen!

Our fridge was gradually getting warmer and warmer so we looked up reviews for fridge repair people on HomeStars and we're very glad that we found Yevhen. He was able to fit us in relatively quickly (even accommodating a last-minute schedule change on our part), fixed the fridge perfectly, and was very reasonably priced. I'd recommend him to anyone.

Before you look any further, do yourself a favour and call Yevhen! I called after 6:00pm and he answered my call. I explained my problem and he set up an approximate time for the appointment. He texted me an arrival time that was exact and very much appreciated and showed up on time. He had a very tight working space and he got right after it, no hesitation. He is extremely professional, courteous and efficient. He quickly diagnosed the issue and made the repairs. I have added him to my contacts and cant wait to recommend him to my neighbours and friends.
I am an anxious person and he took that away right away.

I am so impressed with the professionalism and expertise that Yevhen Pankratenko has. Our built-in Bosch oven had what turned out to be a challenging malfunction.
