From the initial quote to the end of the job, Kaayla provided nothing but great customer service. She explained everything no matter how many questions I had. Kaayla came to deep clean my shower and I was totally satisfied. She went the extra mile and even spent extra time to help fix a problem in my shower. She is very detailed oriented and it's very evident that she takes great pride in her work.
