As a perfectionist myself, I am please to report that not only is Kaalya a perfectionist, but also she is honest. When Kaayla arrived, she informed me that some work neednt be done (the areas in question were in better shape than the photos showed ). The remaining work was completed beyond my expectations. I am thrilled with the exceptional service I received from Kaayla for my master bathroom shower grout restoration! She meticulously deep-cleaned every part of the shower from the tiles and grout to the glass, metal fixtures, faucet fixtures, and floor making it look clean and refreshed. She replaced the old, molded silicone caulking and disinfected the entire area with a botanical mold killer before applying the fresh caulking. The grout colour sealant revitalized stained areas, and all cracked or missing grout was patched perfectly.
She also took the time to explain the process and shared maintenance tips to help preserve the results long-term. I truly appreciate the attention to detail and professionalism; my shower is pristine and refreshed! I highly recommend her services to anyone seeking high-quality, thorough shower grout restoration.
