Kaalya was very friendly and professional and spent over four hours working hard to restore the tiles and grout back to brand new. The grout is now back to light grey from dark grey/black in some areas - like the day I moved in 14 years ago. After completing extensive redecoration of every room in my suite over the last year, this was the finishing touch!
