Quite honestly - the entire process was spectacular. She was incredibly responsive at the quote stage. Comprehensive and succinct providing exactly the right level of detail driven off her professional website. The morning of the project she arrived exactly on time (despite commuting a much longer distance than her usual territory). Without exaggeration - she worked non stop for over nine hours. Her work ethic was nothing short of inspirational - and we dont use that term lightly. Her level of diligence is unparalleled and end product work exceptional. To attempt and summarize why we are so pleased:
- she takes the time to educate the client as to the work at hand inclusive of how to maintain a clean shower going forward (practical steps that take mere minutes every month)
- she 100 % treats your home as if it was her own
- clear subject matter expert that provides comfort in knowing that she is working with you as a trusted advisor
- perfectionist is the most positive sense: she stayed 9 hours!!!

There is only one thing that supersedes her work. As much as she is a shower restoration expert - she conveys a warmth and empathy that make her an even better person. That meant the world to our family. We are so very grateful for Kaylas hard work but also the genuine pleasure in meeting such a lovely person so keen to help others. She charged a fair price and poured everything she had into the project. We wish her nothing but absolute success and have no doubt that she will outwork & outshine her peer group.
