Roofing review in East York

I hired Toro Roofing to replace my roof vents. I found recommendations for them on a local FB group. While there are many good roofing companies, Toro exceeds expectations. Great customer service, thorough and good price I thought for peace of mind.

flat roof re-shingled

Roofing review in Old Toronto

After a few of delays they finally came and were amazing. Contractors were efficient, explained what was happening, and they cleaned everything up very well. My only concern was when they quoted the job the didn't mention that the lower, back roof didn't need to be replaced and was not a part of quote. I thought that the price included that part of the roof. A better explanation on the quote would have been helpful.

We do apologize for any delays with the start of the job- we always try our best to keep to our schedule but weather definitely plays a big part in scheduling disruptions. On the top of all of our quotes it says "Designated Areas" and that's where we put exactly what we are doing- whether it's entire roof vs. upper roof vs. lower roof etc. apologies if there was any confusion. We were very pleased with their services. The crew -Martin and Alexi arrived early on the scheduled day.

They were extremely courteous and professional. We had the entire eavestrough and all down spouts replaced.

They communicated all recommendations and suggested several alternatives.

We were very happy with their services including cleanup.

Roof and siding

The Toro crew does solid work, efficient and professional. The new roof and siding are great. Jason really knows his stuff and Elijah did super work on our siding. The team is very pleasant to have on site. Careful and conscientious. They even clean up the job site really well. The Toro team responded to all our questions, they take the time to explain and were really helpful in resolving some unexpected issues. Ill keep recommending Toro to friends and neighbours.

Roof Repair

We had a small leak causing some damage in our dining room. Jason came and quickly identified the problem, and fixed it right on the spot. We havent had any issues since. While he was up there, he also cleaned out a messy part of our eavestrough and made some preventative recommendations. Great guy!
