Karol has been by far the greatest contractor to come into my home. From the very first phone call to the time the job was complete, Karol was very professional. He showed up on time, gave us suggestions that didnt even cross our mind and helped us make our living space as open as possible. Karol was very quick to respond when i first reached out to him and it continued that way throughout the time we had saco in our home. All questions we had were answered with confidence and professionalism. Not once were we concerned about his work as he was very clear to us of what to expect. He cleaned up after himself at the end of everyday and the speed and quality of his work really suprised me. Every trade that had come in after saco complimented the quality of work and I was told by each trade that their jobs were all made easier because of how properly the framing had been done. Always on time and provides the best quality. Cleans up after himself. I had karol install a 18ft beam and multiple interior walls. I will continue to use Karol for all my framing projects and highly recommend him to anyone!

Great experience from the beginning to the end. You name the category; Saco was a 10. During the planning process Karol was very response and helpful as we refined our layout- we are doing a full basement reno. The framing was completed quickly and to a standard that exceeded expectations. We made minor changes during the job and Karols response was always no problem and included welcomed suggestions/advice. Before they left for the day the floors were sweep clean and organized. True professionals at a fair price. We would highly recommend these guys for any framing project.
