Stefano was very helpful in talking me through my issue even before he came by to see the problem. When he arrived, he was on time and very friendly throughout the visit.
The issue turned out to be more complicated due to water freezing in a pipe causing it to burst, but he found a workaround that helped me get my backyard pipes working again.
I learned a lot from him, and would be very happy to hire him again for any plumbing needs!
