Hse Home Comfort

Purchased both a furnace and an air conditioner this year. The air conditioner did not work and was discovered a couple of months later due to the weather finally warming up.

All attempts to contact HSE have failed. None of their phone numbers are answered. Some are permanently busy. Contacting all former contractors/employees (such as admins) have resulted in feedback that they no longer work for HSE.

The e-mail written at the bottom of my receipt (info@homeservicesenergy.com) is a fake e-mail address and anything sent immediately bounces back as a failed send.

Their website form submission results in no successful communication. One lady called and the phone was completely garbled and I could not make out more than 1-2 words she was saying.

I explained this to her repeatedly and asked that she e-mail me. I never received an e-mail. I resubmitted phone call attempts and got no response.

HSE has taken my money and not provided a working air conditioner at this point.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY - EXTREMELY BAD CUSTOMER SUPPORT. We were fooled by the Home Star rating and was in a hurry (because our furnace broke down in the middle of the winter), we made the mistake of going with HSE because Reliance put us on an automated system. Despite the higher than what I have been quoted before price, we went ahead hoping the customer service will compensate. At first it seems to be the case - it took the company's contractor three tries in order to get the heat going in below zero weather. Now with the A/C - we installed it earlier in March/April when the weather was still cool, the guy came and couldn't start the A/C with our EcoBee. He said if the weather gets warmer and the EcoBee still cannot start the A/C, someone from HSE will come back to make sure that it is up and running. Now it is going to 30+ today and over the weekend, we have been trying to reach HSE for 6 days and counting now with no avail. My husband and I tried to leave voice mail, requested phone call and online... and no one ever got back to us. The 1-888 number is never picked up, and a 674 number is simply busy 24-7. Despite paying over 10K for both system, we now have to pay extra to get our own technician to get the A/C up and working. Bottom line - use this company at your own risk.

Note: this company also never brought up GreenON program - we found out AFTER the fact and missed out on the opportunity. Bottom line, EXTREMELY disappointed.

We were informed that we could update to a better furnace efficiency at no extra cost than what we are presently paying for. We are super happy with this. We would recommend to anyone we know.

We never had hot water for 5days and the company we were dealing with came checked and said they need to come back and didn’t bother about the fact that we are without hot water. I found HSE who came within an hour from the time I called and I met Gladson who understood our situation and right away explained the cost of the unit and we were very happy with the price as well as they gave me the financing option which was very very affordable. The most important thing is he arranged the installation almost within an hour I’ve never had this wonderful customer service ever before. In the span of 4hours we started getting hot water and more than that now we have so much of space. Thank you so very much to Gladson and his team they are truly amazing and I will recommend them to every single person I know

From Sales to provisioning team, work and promised things to be done by were delivered all on time. The provisioning team (Manager and technicians) are very polite and respectful. Great team work since they were 4 men working as a team and work was done in one day instead of 2 days. Way to go team!

Recently I was in market for home Furnace, though I had multiple quotes from various vendors, the salesmanship exhibited by this company professional is top notch. I spoke to Gladson in Sales there, who explained their services in detail and he carried the deal through right to the end . One noticeably positive thing about Sale approach is distinctly apart. There is no rush to sell the product, rather they let me think and negotiate and decide what I actually want . We discussed for t three sittings and at last created a Win Win deal, this actually inspired me to buy another product from the company along with my furnace.
