I received three quotes for last winter's snow removal, and Seal It came in with a reasonable quote. I'm so happy I chose Alex's company. The crew was punctual and thorough. I had hired Seal It Property Services to provide asphalt maintenance for my store parking lot and roadways, as the surface was getting quite discolored and the parking lines were faded completely. Alex and team did an outstanding job. The crew had thoroughly cleaned the surface before blacktopping the entire lot and repainting the parking lines. They went out of their way to ensure a clean job from start to finish and most importantly the final outcome of the project looks amazing! The entire place looks amazing now. After dealing with many other companies that weren't up to the task, Alex and his team from Seal It Property Services came through. We received exceptional service right from the beginning. My single car garage has the asphalt driveway in front sank about 4". Alex with his crew cut out (using a concrete saw) an area 10'x7' asphalt in front of the garage; regraded with sand and compacted; added hot asphalt and compacted with plate compactor, so that the new asphalt is level with the garage floor. They also sealed some bad cracks on the driveway. The whole job took about 4 to 5 hours in the morning. I am satisfied with the outcome since it solved the problem of water collecting in front of the garage (in winter time, it was like a skating ring) and also now I have a smooth transition from the driveway to the garage. I will definitely hire Alex again if I have jobs that is within his scope of expertise. Thanks Alex.

I found Alex wonderful to work with. He was very good at explaining all aspects of the job during the quote and provided great detail on driveway care going forward. I had driveway cracks repaired and the driveway sealed. Alex even left me with extra crack filler if needed in the future. He kept his appointments and called if he was running late. Alex took the time to meet me to understand the scope of the project and provide some tips to help me make a decision on stone and on the steps. Once we agreed on to proceed with the project, I have noticed Alex was punctual and completed the project a day before the timeline. Work was very well done. I was always contacted in advance of the crew’s arrival and the work was always done right on time over a 3 day period to allow wash and dry time. Alex ( crew manager) was always polite and helpful with all the questions I had and also made some good suggestions I had not considered for future treatments, care and maintenance. Great care was taken not to overspray into gardens and the pool. Alex would do little extras without hesitation when requested eg. exposed side foundation wall, extra coats on sensitive areas and high traffic areas. Great care was also exercised in moving furniture and plant containers, etc.so as not to cause damage. After job was completed Alex made sure everything was cleaned up to my satisfaction before finalizing the work done. I would not hesitate to recommend Alex/“Seal-It “ to anyone requiring similar work.
