Services provided: Interlock installation (replacement of previous stone) in front walkway, borders of driveway and walkway on side of the house; asphalt repaving of driveway; installation of new grass patches along the borders; power washing steps on the side of the house; restoration of backyard interlock patio (power washing it to clean the dirt, moss and old sand and applying new polymeric sand between joints)

The interlock in our backyard had quite a few sunken in areas and there were plenty of weeds starting to grow through. Alex and team did a great job leveling the pavers, cleaning everything thoroughly and finishing with good polymetric sand (while minimizing the mess in our pool). The backyard looks like new again. Highly recommended. Great communication, fair pricing and excellent work.

Our front and back interlocking had so many weeds and needed repair. Alex was extremely professional very easy to deal with. He showed up on time as promised and did a thorough quote for interlock repairs, cleaning, sanding and sealing. Everything was done to a high standard and Alex ensured all work was done perfectly. He is genuinely concerned that you are satisfied with the work. He has returned a few times to check on the results without being asked. A great experience overall!

We have just completed a backyard reno using Seal It Property services. The job was large in scope and technically challenging but was completed on time and on budget. We hadn't added any polymeric sand for a few years and weeds were growing everywhere. The Seal It team cleaned out all the old sand and refilled it making it look like new!

Alex did the excellent job with patience and hard work, my backyard was in bad condition surface was not even ,and he had found a lot of difficulty to manage but he didn’t mind about time how long it will take and he made nice patio floor! He had done excellent job !!
