Alexander and his team recently completed my interlocking driveway re-surfacing and sealing and although we had some minor surface blemishes thereafter (possibly caused by moisture), upon contact he immediately returned and re-applied an emulsion coating which has to date been very effective and solved the problem. I was very impressed with his follow-up calls to ensure all work met my satisfaction and recommend his company highly for driveway re-surfacing/sealing, paving stone repair or other related work.

p.s. The same driveway blemish problem happened with a previous driveway sealing company who completely ignored our repeated requests for correction and foolishly blamed my driveway problem on my neighbors.

I hired SEAL-IT Property Services Inc. to power wash my interlocking stone driveway in order to remove the grass and weeds growing in between the stones. Alex did a wonderful job. He responded immediately to my inquiry, came the next day to power wash and the following day to sand and seal the driveway. Very efficient and quality service. I hired Alex to fix my backyard interlocking which had a lot of weeds, and a few uneven steps in the backyard and also under the front porch. After talking to Alex when he came to check out to provide an estimate, I also decided to go for some landscaping in the backyard. Saw a few Seal-It signs in my area and requested a quote from Alex. From the time I met Alex he measured the property and provided a detailed quote in an email, explaining all the work required and all the products used and time it would take to complete the job. After agreeing on this quote he completed the job as detailed. One day to pressure wash the interlocking, one day to seal the asphalt driveway and add sand to the interlocking stone and a third day to apply the finish coat to the interlocking. On each occasion he was there when stated and completed the work using professional equipment and cleaned up his work site. I would highly recommend the services from Alex and look forward to using him again when these services are required again. AAA Service

The stamped concrete in the backyard around the swimming pool was in a disastrous state after a harsh winter. I couldn't believe that it will look shiny and clean as it is now, Alex did a great job, I'm pleased with the result and how much he cares about his customer's satisfaction. I'll definitely use his service again.

Alex did a great job sealing my driveway. He was very friendly and explained throughout what he is doing and why. He knew his job throughly. He cleaned the weeds along the edge of driveway, spotless. Power blowed all the debris from the driveway, filled couple of minor cracks and applied a nice coat of a oil based water repeleant asphalt sealer. Driveway looks lot neater than it was before.
