Perri's Cabinetry

This company let us down in more ways than one, so we cancelled our project before it went into production. Now we're down our $5000 deposit and have a set of drawings that we're completely unsatisfied with.
The customer service we received was poor, the design quality was less than impressive, and their reaction to our project cancellation showed a complete lack of integrity. My full review has been removed as a result of direct threats from the company owner, Frank, to sue me for leaving a bad review.

Had kitchen remodeled 4 years ago and loved it. Frank Perri did a beautiful job. Unfortunately he is not as honest as he is talented. Despite assurances that all material was solid maple it was only after we had a minor dishwasher leak that we discovered that he had use MDF and the veneer peeled off like cardboard. Cacimet door under sink are buckling and veneer backing is loose. We contacted Frank To no avail, he refused to honour his commitment and did not respond to us. Shame on you frank we expected more for the price we paid.
