Tan and his coworkers helped us with a couple projects, including a drywall ceiling patch for previous water damage, as well as a patio deck rennovation at a reasonable prices. We are overall very happy with the results of both but wanted to highlight the latter, which included sanding and repainting of the metal railings, platforms, and the entire two floors of decks (including the underside of the upper deck).

Tan and team were very meticulous in the preparation process, including sanding and washing every nooks and crannies of the site. He's responsive, professional and transparent about the process and kept us up to date with the stages of work. We also appreciate the fact that he was patient in waiting for the best weather conditions to do the repaint rather than rushing through the process. As we requested a new color for the repaint, we were impressed with the level of detail his team put in to covering any old spots, including the space between the planks and the wood surfaces behind the planters. Again, we are very glad with his work, attitude and hope to have him help us with more projects in the future.

Service was completed as per schedule. Professionally done and within time stipulated. Would make use of Tan's services again.

I FOUND THIS COMPANY ON KIJIJI. I SENT PHOTOS OF DAMAGE. I ALREADY HAD 2 OTHER QUOTES AND ALL OF THEM WERE NEAR $500.
TAN CONTACTED RIGHT AWAY AND WE BOOKED AN APPOINTMENT TO DO THE JOB THE FOLLOWING WEEK.

HE SHOWED UP ON TIME. VERY FRIENDLY AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. HE STARTED DOING THE WORK RIGHT AWAY. HE HAD PROBLEMS WITH THE JOB BECAUSE OF THE EXTREME HEAT AND HUMIDITY.
HE SPENT A FEW HOURS REPAIRING THE CEILING BUT WAS HAVE PROBLEMS. AFTER MUDDING THE AREA AND TRYING TO APPLY PAINT.
I BROUGHT IN A FAN AND A DEHUMIDIFIER AND FINALLY HE WAS ABLE TO DO THE JOB.
HE DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. HE WILL BE COMING BACK TO SEE ME IN A WEEK OR SO AFTER THE WEATHER IS LESS HUMID.

HE CAME BACK A FEW TIMES BEFORE THE JOB WAS COMPLETED BECAUSE MUDDING WOULD NOT DRY PROPERLY. HE WAS UNABLE TO COMPLETE THE PAINTING UNTIL THE DEHUMIDIFIER TOOK THE MOISTURE OUT OF THE ROOM.
HE WAS VERY PLEASANT TO DEAL WITH. I WILL BE USING HIS SERVICE FOR ANY REPAIRS TO MY HOUSE.

Needed some carpentry repair work for the Kitchen Cabinet and was able to get on same day. Quick and very good in communication and keeping updated,

Tan came in on scheduled time, did the works professionally & closed the gap between the bricks and the top entrance, all works were done by himself within the 1.5 hours & I would recommend his works to others.

I contacted Tan two days before and was able to do the work the same week on a Sat. Tan arrived on time . Did a great job. I am very pleased with work. Would highly recommend. Very pleasant gentleman . Thank you Tan. (Parts were needed and extra, I was warned. before hand and Tan came prepared after seeing the photo of the hardware that came with the grab bars as they were not good enough to support weight. )

Tan came and assessed the situation before giving me a quote, came multiple times to complete the repairs of my water damaged ceiling, and graciously revised the quote when less work was required. Overall, very satisfied.

T Square Pros handled my request quickly and professionally. I needed a toilet tank repaired, along with a sliding screen door repaired. They were upfront with the scope and the cost, and they communicated throughout the process. Very happy with their work and would definitely recommend. Would use them again for sure.
