I would totally recommend Jospeh! We hired him to sand and refinish our Living / Dining room and our Family room floors. He had to do the Family rm first and then came back several weeks later to do the Living/Dining room since we didn’t have space to store all the furniture from both rooms, at once. He is very reasonably priced, punctual, meticulous and was very helpful in helping us choose the stain. We would highly recommend him for ANY hardwood project you have!

We live in an old Victorian home and needed to have our flooring restored. Joseph did an amazing job removing the old varnish, sanding the floors, and re varnishing them with a satin stain that gives an updated look. All the old marks and scuffs are gone - and the place looks like new. Great work done in a timely manner at an excellent rate.

My wife and I took on an older home with a number of renovation projects. We were fortunate to have original hardwood flooring under the carpeting on the main floor that we exposed, but wanted to re-vitalize through re-finishing. Having provided two quotes, one for installing a new floor and one for refinishing the existing, we chose to refinish. Definitely the right choice as result was a much nicer the floor compared to when it was new!
