Joseph was very thorough and exceptionally clean. He did a brilliant job. Our floors look like they are new. We are really pleased with his work. So much so that we are having him come back to redo our stairs.

József's work was impeccable. He is knowledgeable and professional and a true craftsman. I am beyond thrilled by the work that was done. We were told by many contractors that our floors were beyond fixing or that extensive board replacements would be needed. József told us that he could refinish the floors without issue and his quote was incredibly reasonable.

He answered all of our questions, gave us multiple options and worked with our tight timeline (even finishing slightly ahead of schedule).

We are THRILLED with our floors. They are exactly what we envisioned and they preserved the history of a 100 year old house. I would not hesitate to work with Standard Home Hardwood Flooring again.

Honestly, this review really doesn't do justice to what a great experience we had. We will be recommending their services to anyone who needs their floors re-done.

Jozsef did a great job staining our new hardwood floor, stairs, and re-staining our second floor landing. He made sure the floor and stairs had enough coats and had no problems coming back for some touch-ups.

Josef was amazing. He was courteous, professional, very attentive, and most importantly, so skilled. We have had another room done by someone else and Josef’s work was definitely superior. And done in such a timely fashion. Excellent work, and a very happy client.

A complicated job because most of the furniture was in place, however, Jozsef diligently and accurately sanded down and stained multiple rooms and a staircase. They did a masterful job and completed it in record time.

My only concern is communication, as it was hard to get ahold of the company at times.

However the staining and the sanding made it look like a brand new floor.

Standard Floor did an excellent job at our house. Joseph arrived for work when he said and worked every day until completed. And he was particular about putting up plastic and keeping the work space clean. The floors and stairs look so good, we are very happy we chose Joseph to do the work.
