When we renovated and subdivided a commercial building a couple of years ago, we had a problem in that no-one had anticipated the problem with snow melt and drainage from above, which could fall on customers or create hazardous icy patches.

Kenneth looked and quickly came up with the plan to collect water from below the sign panels with eaves that drained into downspouts that went around the corner to empty on the side of the building. He knew what to do to properly attach the eavestroughs to the composite aluminum, panels, got the work done in a few hours and it has remained firmly attached and worked perfectly ever since. It looks great too. Very grateful for his smarts and know how and the lasting professional job.

Kenneth seemed genuine and professional at first. He came to assess the project and committed to doing the job which was a redo on soffit, fascia and gutter on a home addition. He then committed to coming Friday (I had to reschedule my framer so he had the place all to himself). Kenneth canceled last minute as he said -10 was to cold for him. He came the next day while I was out of town and said he was just getting started and promised to have the work complete before the evenings snow storm. when I returned the following day nothing had been done. Kenneth disappeared and is no longer returning my calls. An absolute waste of my time. Stay away people!

The eavestrough on my 28x30 garage was leaking at the seams so I had Gutterworks install seamless eavestrough to fix the leaks. When they were done one end of one side extended 1 1/2" below the facia. When I asked I was told my foundation was sinking and he had to have it so low to get the proper slope. I checked and foundation is fine - he gave me 5x the required slope - 3 1/2" over 30', not 3/4" as it should have been. Other side appears much better but the water pools when it rains. Worst of all the eavestrough now leaks full length both sides and the drip edge is damaged from the removal of the original eavestrough. I phoned twice to get someone to come over, they said they would, but never did. Abysmal workmanship and service to match.

Kenneth and team came and did the work on our addition and redid our eavestroughs, roof vent and some fascia. He had a lot of great ideas and helped walk us through different options. He was very responsive and we appreciated his efficiency. He really pays attention to detail. Recommend highly!

Kenneth came out Oct 2017 to replace some gutters, quick and efficient. However when we had a warranty issue he was no where to be found. 5 year warranty on the repair job doesn't mean much if they don't come back. I had to hound Ken for 2 years only to have him say oh it's a roof issue can't fix it.

Fed up, I paid another company 400 to fix his shoddy work.

They were extremely efficient, and professional from quoting, to installation to finish. Within 2 days they removed my old shingles, replaced some rotten plywood on the roof and installed the new shingles and gutters. The lines look great, and last night we had a wind storm and snow come in, and the new roof didn't show a sign of weakness. I am very satisfied in there work and will use them for future projects and refer them to anyone.

My eaves trough blew off my house in strong winds and I needed to get someone to come and replace them. I had been thinking about doing soffits and fascia before this had happened so I asked for a quote for the eaves trough and also for the other work The quote was done very fast was surprisingly good , and the competitors hadn't even responded by the time I had this quote in hand. By the time I got the other quotes they were much higher and quoting months out and I was concerned about the downed eaves touching my power lines. I was almost suspicious of how good the quote was and how quick they were able to get the quote out to me, but the reviews I read online were all pretty good so I decided to take the chance. They started work right away despite snow coming in the middle of the job, and they continued right through it. I am very happy with the quality and the work ethic of the crew. The company has been very responsive and I have no complaints. I am happy to say that they did a great job, the price was excellent and their response to clean up requests (the snow made clean up difficult, so now that it is spring and the snow has all melted, they have come to get any remaining nails etc.) has been quickly dealt with.
