Rit built us am excellent 24 x 24, sturdy garage, with extra framing, insulated and drywalled, in just 2 months. October 1 - December 1. Great attention to detail and perfecting each stage from BP and site prep, though pouring concrete pad in the nick of time, before weather changed, to drilling to install hardware and framing at the right time, after concrete cured, roofing, siding , electricity, garage and man door with modern software, motion detector and other lights, deadbolt etc. Talented tradesmen working in concert, like clockwork. As I undertsand it, Sahi will be growing into building houses. I'll bet they will do well at that
RETROFIT TO SOLVE DRAINAGE PROBLEM AT COMMERCIAL BUILDING
When we renovated and subdivided a commercial building a couple of years ago, we had a problem in that no-one had anticipated the problem with snow melt and drainage from above, which could fall on customers or create hazardous icy patches. Kenneth looked and quickly came up with the plan to collect water from below the sign panels with eaves that drained into downspouts that went around the corner to empty on the side of the building. He knew what to do to properly attach the eavestroughs to the composite aluminum, panels, got the work done in a few hours and it has remained firmly attached and worked perfectly ever since. It looks great too. Very grateful for his smarts and know how and the lasting professional job.
