Since JDN took over management of this property (I am a tenant), I have experienced excellent service from everyone from office staff, maintenance workers and company executives. Having experiencednot-so-great service from the previous property management team, I am now a very happy tenant.

Am looking into going from a house back into an apartment. Has been a long time since I have been in a rental situation. Theresa has been going out of her way to assist me in finding the right apartment. Thanks to her and the team for doing a great job!

My daughter viewed an apartment through JDN Property Management and was interested to rent. The property manager asked her to send, by wire transfer, 2 months rent and supply her personal details BEFORE sending her the tenancy agreement or the guarantor agreement.

I was looking to live with people my age who had a desire to have a productive household. When that time was over, JDN found me BEYOND EXPECTATIONS a new home with a highly functional dormatory-style building so that I can maintain my youth as I grow into Parenthood..!

JDN Property Management office staff are very professional. They answered all my questions professionally and politely. I had so many questions regarding the property and they were very patient in listening to every word I said, and precisely answered all my inquiries. I was really impressed and I will surely recommend their services to all my friends!

I find JDN Property Management to be an excellent company to work for. They are courteous helpful and a great company to work for. They always treat us with respect and they are always ready to except negative and positive feedback.

I was a resident at 956 prosperity court in London. First of all the real landlords name was Joaquin Salvador and he had no balls to stand up to JDN. JDN wanted us to pay $150 for a pizza box and a couple cans left on the front lawn that their gardener had to clean up. The landlord submitted and let them charge us even though JDN had no proof of the garbage on the lawn. Secondly, JDN came to our house to do a smoke detector check. Well, they signed the paper that said we had all the smoke alarms AND CO2 detectors yet NOT ONE of our detectors were up on the ceiling and we do not even own a CO2 detector. All JDN wants is money. They couldn't care less about the tenants

We hired this company to find and vet tenants for us as it was an investment property and we live too far from London for it to be feasible to be on call for every potential viewing. I short, they were horrible. We found the current tenants ourselves via Kijiji, we did the walkthrough with the client and we had to fight with JDN to provide the keys to the client on the move in date after JDN was refused the keys and told that this was JDN's policy and that the client would have to use the electronic locos that JDN asked us to provide and then later told the " keys had been found and could then be picked up ". In the words of out tenants, "we never would have received access if not for us. In addition, we were over charged for services not even close to being provided even though in writing we were told that tat would not happen. Save yourselves the trouble and stay far away from this hugely less than professional racket.
