Our experience was very good from beginning to end. From the very start you get this friendly, courteously attentive and very professional customer service from Anna; and then when the crew arrives, punctually, led by Andrew, they do the work efficiently, carefully and with the most positive attitude. We lucked out on that day because Anna herself came along, what a team! Thank you Shine Squad! We totally recommend them!
