Choosing Royal Decks provided quite an experience to us because despite the fact that their numbers were way above our budget we decided to stick with them and, in the end, were extremely happy with our decision. When we signed the contract Miro confidently said to us: do not worry, we will take good care of you! From the very beginning, the first contact with Anita, the first phone conversation with Miro, so timely scheduled and punctual, his ensuing first visit to our house, our visit to their store; everything was performed with such professionalism that we could not help but feel positively impressed. Then, when the time for the execution arrived, and after seamless discussions with Arens with regards to the projects computerized 3D plans and drawings, we met Steve, the project manager, who made sure all the questions were answered, and all the problems solved, at least so it seemed. What a character, we did have fun. He was very helpful from start to finish, very knowledgeable and experienced, providing guidance and full support to Garry, the master carpenter, the star of the project in our opinion, who, in his humble, respectful ways, has such a passion for his work that we can say with certainty our deck is perfect, and if not, almost perfect. He is careful, attentive to details, a master craftsman. In our perception, relentlessly pursuing a work of art. Royal Decks took good care of us, Miro was right, they delivered, indeed.

Not only their windows are magic, but their after sale service is also magic! From the attentive, courteous and friendly Service Coordinator, Myrna, to the actual service technicians that were sent to our house our experience has been all positive. They either will leave you completely satisfied, or they will go back to their office to come up with the right solution to fix the problem. That simple. We had this young, very helpful fellow, whose name I cannot remember right now, sorry; and then we had Cuong, a top notch fellow in all regards. Thank you to Myrna and her team! Our experience was very good from beginning to end. From the very start you get this friendly, courteously attentive and very professional customer service from Anna; and then when the crew arrives, punctually, led by Andrew, they do the work efficiently, carefully and with the most positive attitude. We lucked out on that day because Anna herself came along, what a team! Thank you Shine Squad! We totally recommend them!

Based on the good reviews I hired Rick to repair a freezer and a stove oven on his first visit; and later on it was the washer that required his service. We could not be happier and more satisfied with his impeccable level of service. Truly, in my humble opinion, he is the best repairman out there. He is very knowledgeable, experienced, punctual, efficient and very professional. What else can I say? Let me give you one example of his attributes: when I called him because the freezer - an upright, fairly sized one - had stopped working, he made the effort to come on the afternoon of that same day as he was fully aware that time was of the essence. That same evening we had the freezer back up and running, and nothing in it was wasted! Cannot recommend Rick highly enough!

Canada Electrical Services was the choice of our contractor for all the electrical needs of our newly finished basement, and we couldn’t have been happier and more satisfied with this choice. To sum it up, Laureano was very professional, knowledgeable, experienced, punctual, expeditive and to the point, while being very helpful at the same time. Always conducting himself with much respect and positive attitude. You will also notice these same values being reflected in his crew, in particular Vladimir, whose craft is as impeccable and clean as you can’t even see in the best electricians. And you know they will back up, guarantee and service all their work. When we needed them back they have responded more promptly than we expected. When some parts have shown manufacturing defects Laureano has been apologetic and has replaced them quickly. This is a company I will strongly recommend to anyone. Called John for service and he was very, very busy, but still managed to show up as he promised. His service was excellent, he knows his stuff as no other in the irrigation business does. He is the best!

Before I even thought of winterizing the system John was calling to announce he was coming to do it. As it happened on his first visit earlier in the year, and before I pointed them out to him, he quickly observed some issues that will need some attention coming next Spring. His friendly, positive and helpful attitude is second to none, and he will never overcharge. This is a contractor I can confidently trust.

From the very beginning, over the phone, to his punctual showing on a set date John showed his skills, knowledge and professionalism with respect, courtesy and, above all, a willingness to do and complete the work expediently and to our satisfaction. This was a repair and tuneup of a system he had not installed, and despite the fact he was extremely busy with other projects. Thank you very much again, John!
