Our 15 year old shower looks brand new after FGS General Services regrouted and recaulked it. I am so happy with their workmanship and I would highly recommend this family business.

Words can't describe how happy my wife and I are about the work Ronal and Andres just completed on our main shower. They originally came to regrout the walls and floor but ended up saving us from future repairs after discovering a problem with the floor tiles. The tiles were loose and lifting very easily. They prepared the floor and put down new tiles the next day without missing a beat and at a very reasonable price. The bathroom was left spotless and Ronal also gave us great tips on how to keep the shower is top shape. You can't go wrong using FGS.

Bathtub tiles needed to be replaced after they were removed to install new mixing valve. While doing this Ronal and his team installed a new backing board that was an improvement over the previous installation.

They did a great job working in a tricky space with great results, left the area very clean, and were in and out within a few hours. Thank you!

FGS did fantastic work on our shower and bath. Its like we have brand new washrooms. Both were re-grouted and new caulking was put in.

Ronal and his son did a great job restoring the grout and caulking in two of our showers. They are extremely knowledgable and their work was done meticulously. They are very reliable - they started the job exactly when they said they would and they completed it on time and as promised. They answered all of our questions and were always very pleasant. They kept any dust contained in the work area and cleaned it all up before they left. We feel as if we have two brand new showers - they look amazing. We are very satisfied with the bathroom rejuvenation work that FGS (Ronal and his son) did in our home. The work began as scheduled and they worked diligently to complete the job in a timely manner. Ronal cleaned our bathroom tile, re chalked the shower and bathtub. He also cleaned the floor tile. The work was excellent and our 25 year old tile looks like new. I am very happy with the work and how nice Ronal and his son are.

We hired FGS Fajardo to replace the floor grout in our bathroom shower. Ronal and his son worked for two days to replace the grout and to clean all of the floor and wall tiles. They carefully matched the grout colour and kept the bathroom tidy at the end of each day. We are really happy with the results and wouldn't hesitate to recommend FGS Fajardo for tile/grout cleaning or replacement.

Called Ronal of FGS to check out a brand new shower floor installed by another contractor. Grout was cracking and failing badly-see picture # 1. Ronal determined it was due to the substructure of the installation being done incorrectly and entire floor needed to be redone. Ronal and his son, Andres removed old floor, installed new one without any damage to shower walls. They were polite, worked efficiently and cleaned up after themselves.
