I phoned Tinman to request servicing of my garage furnace. I was very impressed that they went out of their way to attend to my issue within just 2 days, rather than the typical one to two weeks. As it turned out, the issue was just related to a failed wall thermostat, which was replaced promptly by another (more compatible one) that was already in their truck. I found this service to be courteous, prompt, efficient and at a reasonable cost, and would not hesitate to call them again in the future should the need arise.

My gas valve crapped out on a Early Sunday morning. We didn’t realize till mid day and Tinman services responded and came and fixed it very promptly for being on a Sunday. Jeff had excellent service and very good service despite me taking him away from his roast. He was very honest about prices and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend Tinman Furnace.

Checked furnace, furnace filters, and humidifier. Required a new Humidifier drain casing. Did a very thorough and great job.

Showed up on time to provide the quote. Had the team here a few days later to install in the freezing cold.

Geoff and Tammy run a first rate business. They are highly professional, and in high demand for their services. Last year I needed a custom furnace filter installed, and Geoff had custom sheetmetal made in a day and install in 1.5 hours. I had called the majority of furnace companies in Calgary area, but they were less than helpful and tried to push me in the products they sold. I don't blame them for that, but maybe in today's tumultuous environment we could use more people like Geoff and Tammy. You can't go wrong with Tinman Furnace.

The maintenance person came out to our house on time. Completed Furnace check, replaced the filter and checked the humidifier. He left me a checklist of the work that was performed. He was very courteous. The work was carried with minimum inconvenience to me. Payment was easy via E-transfer to Tinman's account.
Overall I was very pleased with the service. The place was left very clean. I would most certainly re-engage their service in the future.

Tinman installed our garage heater. The estimate was submitted and you were on site in timely order. Upon the installation crew arrived at time specified. The installation went flawless and was In the time quoted , under 4 hours . Great work and very Courteous installers. Thank you very good project complete.
