The maintenance person came out to our house on time. Completed Furnace check, replaced the filter and checked the humidifier. He left me a checklist of the work that was performed. He was very courteous. The work was carried with minimum inconvenience to me. Payment was easy via E-transfer to Tinman's account. Overall I was very pleased with the service. The place was left very clean. I would most certainly re-engage their service in the future.
