Underpinning of century-home basement
Working with Mark and his team was a dream from start to finish. Of all the companies we met with, his proposal was the most thorough, and throughout our project he quickly problem solved any issues that arose. Our house had very old foundation (1888!), and his team delicately and competently poured each new concrete footing by hand, and also divided each wall into further sections than required, in order to create the most stable support for our house.
When our finishing contractors arrived, they said it was the cleanest underpin job they had ever seen, and Mark's commitment to excellence made their job so much easier. We would not hesitate to recommend Mark and New Depths to anyone looking for an underpinning job!
