We hired New Depths to underpin our basement including installing piping for infloor heating and enlarging a window and constructing a concrete window well for the new window. We were very happy with the work and everything was done on time and on budget. The team kept everything tidy and communicated well with us and our neighbours too (as we have a shared driveway).

I am certain that your new basement apartment (8ft++ ceilings!) will be absolutely fantastic when it is complete, and I'm happy that New Depths Underpinning could contribute to the project. It was a great project from start to finish - flush underpinning detail all around, all new basement drains, new/longer structural steel columns, and 3.2" R10 insulation laid under the slab for the hydronics infloor heating loops.
