I have to say that I've almost lost my trust in Reliance after a bad experience with my new furnace.
But it looks like they still have some good professional technicians. I was lucky today to meet one of them, his name is Richard.
I call them because their previous technicians didn't make a proper connection of the humidifier to the new furnace and the furnace was overheated.
I was impressed by Richard knowledge and his professional skills.
I would recommend you to ask for him if you have any technical issues with Reliance.

Extremely upset! No call backs (15 or more long distance calls) to repair
NEW in Dec. 2017 furnace and air conditioner. Apparently it was installed wrong and not up to code. The unit was leaking (wrong slope of pipes), we had a carbon monoxide issue and the thermostat I found out recently was not compatible with the furnace! Cost to fix by local company was $781. Now another call to them - Dustin this time - A/C faulty - 30 degrees for 3 days - no show of Reliant! Local company came out to replace the thermostat and fan speed issue - that fee was $185.32. I sent the bills and a letter with no response just like call backs. Why do they answer "hello" and not by company name? No money back so far! Guess the next step is a legal one!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is my second review of this company. My first one is at the bottom of this. And YES it is Reliant Home Comfort that I am dealing with.

After reading the response from the company I called Dustin back a 4th time and once again had to remind him of who I was. He continually says he is upset with what has happened and that he is going to fix the problem and call me back. He has NEVER called me back!
It turns out as he told me that they don't have their own installers/salespeople they hire outside contractors to do their work, and Reliant Home Comfort doesn't even supply the equipment that is installed in your home. this experience has become a nightmare and i am quickly regretting letting them into my home.
I'm still hoping they will come through and make this right at which time I would change my review, but, I'm thinking it may a lost cause.
Please beware of who you have do your work, check them out thoroughly. I thought I had with Reliant Home Comfort.

The installer made a real mess in my home. He had alot of water leak on the floor while removing the old water heater causing damage to paperwork I had not yet filed. The furnace was damaged before he even installed it. I called the salesman back and he just have me the runaround. I called the company and found out that the salesman had been fired and was told they would make sure they fixed this issue. I have called them on two occasions and was told they would get back to me and have not yet done so. I would like this fixed but it would seem nothing will get done.
I'm very disappointed with them and the way they have (not) handled my situation.

We are happy with the service provided by Reliant Home Services. They installed the furnace efficiently. Attic insulation was done very neatly and efficiently. All the cracks on window frames were sealed properly. All the tasks were performed within the time frame they promised.

This company was great! they beat out all the quotes i had sought, Delivered and installed the new unit exactly when we had scheduled, we're in and out fairly quickly, and to my mother's delight, made sure to leave the place as clean as when they had came me

We purchased a Goodman furnace from Reliant Home Comfort. Neil and Andrew did an excellent job installing the furnace and addressing any issues that came up. We were also very pleased with the sales rep, Ali, who was quick to respond, knowledgeable and honest.
Would highly recommend.

Very happy with the company's service on my water heater replacement. Technician Arash did his best to provide me same day service. The water heater was installed without any hassle and making damage to my house. Thank you for a good job done!
