The owner of the company came and quoted for a drainage issue in the back yard back in April 2016. Agreed at that time that the work would have to be scheduled around the Home renovations that were going on, Home reno was always the priority.
In good faith, gave a deposit of $1500.00 in April only to be told in November when we asked for the deposit back because the backyard would have to wait until 2017 that it was non-refundable after 30 days. When we asked why this was not mentioned back in April we were told that we never asked.
We most certainly never would have paid a deposit because we all knew that the job would not be done within 30 days because of the house renovations. We have tried emailing and then called only to have someone hang up. We called again and left multiple messages to try and resolve the issue but have not heard back from them. Would not recommend this company to anyone to do anything.
