Varant and team did an exceptional job replacing the carpet in our condo with some cork flooring. They handled the curvature of the building and some odd shapes very well. They completed the job in less than 2 days, which was shorter than expected. As this was our first reno, they were able to provide a lot of information and helped us put all the pieces together. They also made sure to leave the place clean once they completed the job. Overall it was easy to communicate with them, cleanliness and efficiency were on point, and they provided an outstanding and professional service.

We had a great experience working with Varant. We originally got a quote from him in Feb/March right before the COVID19 lockdown, but because of government restrictions we could not schedule the repairs right away. Varant kept in touch with us throughout the lockdown, so he was able to start right away once the ban was lifted. He did a great job removing our old laminate and replacing it with vinyl plank. Varant was very professional and did a great job replacing our water damaged laminate flooring with new vinyl planks. He was able to reuse our original quarter rounds and helped repaint the baseboards and any other area that was damaged to make it look like new. Highly recommended.

We had two separate instances of water entering our condo and needed the flooring replaced before we moved. Varant was very responsive and flexible with the work date to accommodate our very tight timeline.

Varant was so accommodating! He did our floor renovation which needed to be done quickly. He picked up the flooring at the supplier as well as shoe moulding which made things much easier for us.
