Varant and his team are efficient. He catered to my needs. I live alone and could not move heavy furniture. His team helped me with the move. Neat job and gives you ideas for flooring designs. They clean up the place and the work was done within the time frame as indicated and within the contract amount.

Varant and his team were very professional, friendly and knowledgable. They set a time line of how long it would take and there were no delays.

They laid new floors over our existing ones which was our request. As well as all new baseboards and shoumolding. The floors have come out beautifully.

They also put in new stairs for us which are the best they have ever looked. The attention to detail was very apparent. I know there was a lot of cutting involved because our staircases all seem to be different sizes. So each was cut separately and then taken out to be stained and painted before being installed.

There were a couple of very small fixes needed once the job was done and they were there the very next day to fix them. We felt that the quality of the work is outstanding. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking to have floors put in.

Upon meeting Verant he was instantly likeable, not only was he very professional in his estimation approach but he was able to provide me a quote and timeline in our initial meeting, which says two things; 1) he knows what he’s doing 2) his quote is fair and competitive.

When Verant started the floor installation he was very efficient with his team using his time wisely to remove my existing floor around my bin schedule. His attention to detail was impeccable right down to the vent inserts! Verant asked me questions along the way to ensure I was happy with the job! I’m attaching pictures of his work and details, everything was very well done 10/10! I’ve already referred him to my sister who is doing a Reno in June.

It's been a fantastic experience to work with Varant and his team. We upgraded kitchen floors with hardwood. They took off the old flooring, disposed it, cleaned the area and took all garbage out. Before the new floors went in, they fixed/replaced all under-flooring. The installation of new hardwood turned out perfectly.
Varant was very responsive, professional and easy communicate with. The installation was completed on time as scheduled. I have already hired him for our next project- flooring in the leaving room.

Previously my basement had hardwood flooring with unlevel spots that are soft when stepped on. My little child likes basketball and wants to play it in the basement, but the ball did not bounce well around the soft spots. I needed to change the basement flooring and wanted to ensure that the floor gets level.

Varant really wanted to ensure that job is completed to my satisfaction. The initial leveling step left a few spots still not completely level. He did another layer of leveling to remedy. A few days after completing the job, he contacted me to check if there was any issue. I mentioned couple of minor issues, and he came back a few days after and took care of the minor issues.

I am very satified with the care that Varant put into the job and the quality of the results. My kid is also very happy about how well his basketball is bouncing on the basement floor... and seems to be more enjoying playing basketball in the basement :)

It was a great pleasure hiring Varant for this project. Very professional, respectful, on-time, impeccable and flawless results. They moved giant furnitures that they did not have to from the basement to a second floor bedroom with a smile. Did not complain about anything and did not change the contract price like other contractors after they started the work. They removed carpet in three bedrooms, hallway and basement. They cleaned everything before the new floors went in and cleaned afterwards. They took all the garbage and cleaned all the work area. I have had several renovations and this by far was unlike any other. Pleasant experience and I would HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend Valiant Flooring.

We had a major flood in our unit that required all flooring to be replaced, minus the bathroom. It was a really stressful situation for us, but from the start, Varant made it so much easier. Communication was always friendly, timely, informative, and attentive. It made a huge difference, and alleviated so much anxiety.

I am sincerely appreciative for the work completed by Varant and his team. I began working on my room renovation in August and quickly learned that it was rather difficult finding a reputable floor installer. Who was willing to come to my house and complete what I was told was a “too small of a job.” Within a reasonable timeframe. Just when I began to lose hope I was put in contact with Varant, he provided me with a response within hours of me reaching out and within a week of initial contact the job was completed. On the day of instillation, Varant and his team were on time and completed the job within a very short amount of time and completed the job to perfection! Valiant floors delivered what they promised in terms of project timelines and quality of work. I highly recommend them to your flooring needs. They took extra measures to get rid of the squeaking noise from the original plywood. They screwed down the plywood, used extra glue in high traffic area and of course nailed the 3/4 inch hardwood to finish the job. They also installed the baseboards. Reasonably priced but more importantly delivered on their promise!!
