Our basement flooded and we needed urgent help in removing and replacing the existing vinyl flooring. Varant and his crew had done a previous project for our condo a couple of years ago, we didnt hesitate to contact him again. The work was done quickly, professionally, and meticulously. His recommendation of the material was great and were super happy with the outcome. We would definitely and highly recommend him to anyone who requires his services.

I came across Valiant Flooring through a search on HomeStars. I reached out to Varant to explore repairing or changing all the old hardwood in 3 bedrooms, all of which creaked and squeaked terribly. Varant came for a quote on the same day. Varant was knowledgeable and clear about what he believed to be the issue and the options I had for reducing the squeak. He was also clear about what to expect but assured he would do his best. We agreed to changing the floors but I had a short timeline due to other commitments. While he found a great hardwood option, it wasn't available for our timeline and he spent time finding other options and brought them over for us to review and ensuring he felt they were good options. There was a lot of discussion around selecting a product and Varant was prompt and transparent with his recommendations. After deciding on an engineered hardwood, Varant accommodated our tight timeline and his team were prompt, courteous, and efficient while finishing the project. For 3 mid-size bedrooms and closets, they were able to finish the project in 2 days including clean-up. Throughout the process, Varant was approachable and responsive while showing pride in his work and his team while remaining competitive in his pricing. We'd absolutely recommend them!

We needed installation for our 1200 sqrft two story home. We had all the hardwood flooring already. Right from the get go Varant was an honest communicator, and came to the house to see the how it would happen, made suggestions and from the other quotes I got he gave us a fair price. Additionally, we ended up needing to refinish our stairs and Varant was able to work with me to get stair treads and risers sourced for me (He offered to install but I planned to do that myself). Finally and most importantly we were under a very tight time crunch as we were moving into the house. Varant actually finished early, enabling us to move in without issue. Very pleased with the service and would use his team again.

I have recently had a flood in my condo and had to have my floors replaced. Varant and his team were extremely professional and knowledgeable. Varant was very prompt and responsive to every question I had via text and call. He even accompanied me to a flooring supply store to assist in choosing the proper flooring material and style. The whole team was professional and polite, so much so that my building manager noted how well the team cleaned up after themselves in the hallways and elevator. Highly recommended. Varant and his team did an amazing job replacing the floors of my condo, on time, on budget and always with a super positive and friendly attitude! Like most downtown condos, its a small space with irregular shapes and difficult corners. Also, my furniture had to remain in the condo, a job that most other providers either refused or charged ridiculous prices to do! Nothing was a challenge for the Varant team!
