I cannot recommend Varant and his team enough. Varant did our main ground floor replacement last year and I was very happy with his work and the whole experience - I engaged with him again this year to do my second floor and basement. His price is fair and he keeps us informed of the on-going work. Throughout the whole process Varant is responsive, knowledgeable and goes out of his way to ensure the job gets done smoothly, even when other various contractors had to do other work simultaneously during my renovations.

Today his team has changed all of the floors & stairs in my townhouse. His eye for details ensures every inch of what is installed is done meticulously. Varant replaced all of the flooring on the main floor of our 100 year old house. the old floor had been removed as part of our removation, leaving the original plank subfloor. Varant leveled and installed a new 3/4" plywood subfloor; screwed to the joists. No more squeeks!
This allowed us to complete the drywall ceiling work before the finished floor was installed.
Varant showed us samples of engineered hardwood and LVP. We choose the LVP and the Valiant crew installed it and the shoe mold in a day. I would highly recoment Varant and Valiant Flooring for any similar project.

Did a small job for me, 450 sq. ft. of engineered wood flooring glue-down installation. I provided the wood and adhesive. Varant & his two guys did a great job at a fair price, quickly and neatly. Personable, professional, quick responses, arrived on time. That's all one can ask for in a contractor.

A flood in my condo caused by a burst pipe meant I needed to install new flooring in my approx. 600 square ft unit. Varant was the absolute best to work with. He quoted me a price literally thousands below other companies, did the work quickly (about 1 day), and the finished product is outstanding. Varant walked me through the types of flooring available and helped me choose the best option (vinyl) and colour. He accommodated my furniture and belongings by helping me move things around as needed to get the work done. He works efficiently and is a kind person who is great to work with. Recently we decided to research a new flooring solution for our condo. It involved the removal of about 1600 square feet of carpet and the installation of an equal square footage of luxury vinyl plank flooring. We took quotes from 3 installers before selecting Valiant Flooring. They consulted us all along the way as I worked through selecting and purchasing the flooring product. The Valiant team took on product pick up and installation.
Valiant was very responsive to my many questions and helpful with numerous suggestions as to how we might design the job. The team was very prompt, completed the job on time, was creative in the design that went into the job, delivered flawless workmanship and were completely professional. My wife and I were thrilled to meet the team and to be the recipients of the fine job they did. Well worth the money!
