I booked this service for last Sunday's pick up from seller. Though I decided not to take the other item last minute, delivery guy was kind enough to unload it from the van. He was very nice when he called and confirmed that the item has been picked up and that he should be on his way to drop off location. When he came, my husband recalled that he was the same guy who did our curbside delivery months ago. Sorry I wasn't able to get his name. He was very professional and had great customer service skills interacting with his customers. When I book again, please send him. Thanks so much, delivery guy!
