The team at royal innovation did a spectacular job on our deck. They also did our interlock which looks gorgeous. People can see our deck from the park beside us and continue to ask for their contact number because it looks so good.

They are easy too work with and went out of their way to make sure we were satisfied. They listen and made sure they understood what we wanted. I highly recommend them!!

I was in need of replacing my 35 year old deck. I met with Adam at Royal Innovations. He was very knowledgeable, and made me aware of some new ideas to improve upon my previous deck.

It was an absolute pleasure working with Adam and team from Royal Innovation, they were always super responsive and very considerate of all our questions and concerns regarding (at least to me) such a big project.

When we first started gathering quotes, Royal Innovation was the first to show up, do an in-depth in-person meeting, actually look at the job site and measure everything before providing a detailed and itemized quote.

We wanted a two level deck for our middle unit town home, we were immediately set up with someone to design, create the technical drawings, and handle the entire permit process with the City of Toronto.

the builders who showed up were professional and respectful of social distancing measures in the house and handled some unexpected issues beautifully, without me really having to get involved.

We are super happy with the end result and would gladly recommend Royal Innovation to everyone.

Really satisfied!!! We hired Royal Innovation to demolish and replace our decks (two-tiered) after interviewing multiple other companies. When you speak with Adam it's immediately apparent that he really knows his decks and there will be no short cuts along the way. The entire process was characterized by clear communication, responsiveness and follow-though. Adam and his team were fantastic from beginning to end. Adam was very courteous in answering all of our questions, providing professional solutions and making sure that everything was exactly the way we wanted it. The team was respectful while working at the house (which matters as we WFH) and everything was cleaned up when they were finished. I actually was prepared to go with another company but wasn’t 100% comfortable and decided to call Royal innovation at the last minute.

Adam came out and spoke with me and it was immediately apparent that this guy really knew his decks. There were certain items that Adam offered that other companies did not, such as picture framing and a high quality railing for the deck.

After quite a number of conversations where I kept changing my mind, and of course increasing the budget significantly, I finally came to the conclusion of the design and chose Adam.

Adam was extremely patient with me through the entire process and provided pricing that was very reasonable. In fact, Adam was extremely conscientious about within budget and was very respectful in that regard.

When it came time to do the work, Adam and his crew were absolutely outstanding in the level of detail and equality of both workmanship and materials that were used.

My deck looks absolutely amazing (the railings are outstanding) and is being used constantly right now.

We had decided, we want to refinish our 20x12 deck surface with composite and new glass railing, when Adam came to give us a quote, he quickly showed me that our 14 year old deck needed to be replaced. Adam’s knowledge of what was current code specifications made us realize our deck was not longer safe for our family. Adam provided a very fair quote and did not try any sales tactics on us, no pressure at all. I got 4 other quotes, 1 lower and 2 higher, we definitely went with the right people our deck looks amazing and structurally safe now. We absolutely love it!!!!!!!!!
