Royal Innovation Deck Builder

We are very happy with our new deck and patio and would recommend Royal Innovation. They helped us get the look we wanted with a new pvc deck to replace our old rotting wood deck and a new paver stone patio to match up with our existing patio. Royal Innovation is a company with exceptional integrity. We did get other quotes as you should do when spending so much. But we could see the difference right away with Royal Innovation. others just wanted the business and would do anything to get it from lowing the quality of the parts and work to get a lower price. The crew had impeccable skill and worked hard and with painstaking detail. I had a concern on a piece of wood, but it was merely cosmetic. But they cared about the customers and came in the winter to remove it and add another new one. if you are thinking of building a deck, you need to talk to Royal Innovation.

I wish to replace an old wooden deck to composite deck. And our deck needs waterproof underneath for storage of summer furniture. With Adam's help, he designed a way to function well. Furthermore, Jonathan has amazing workmanship to construct the deck exactly to suit our wish. We like the frame-less glass railing and the railing installer carefully made it perfectly. We will enjoy this deck for many years to come. Any person wants a great deck should come to Royal Innovation !

In today's environment, getting a hold of contractors and completing a big construction project can be a nightmare. But Royal Innovation was different - from the initial consultations, to helping source the best composite product to suit our taste, and the thoroughness in the construction process, the entire team gets an A++. We have zero regrets in choosing this deck construction company. I hope to not have to build another deck for a very long time, but if I ever do, I'm calling Royal Innovation!

This review is well overdue. My apologies guys! We wanted to get the full setup completed. We couldn't be happier. We had met Adam in April, and were already on a tight deadline as we wanted to celebrate our Daughter's first birthday in the backyard (with everything still being closed.) Adam was more than accommodating to try and get it done in time. His team of Blaire and Travis were fantastic and worked with us regarding some changes we wanted to do (ie: planters on one side)

We did wrap around steps and photo frame. The workmanship from the beginning was fantastic from the dig up of the previous area, to helical footings install, to the finishing touches. The guys were kind enough to make us a small sandbox for our Daughter which she absolutely loves! Job was completed in under a week and Travis and Blaire even worked into the evening on the final day to accommodate the deadline.

We couldn't be more appreciative and thankful, have got a lot of compliments since completion.

We plan to use Royal Innovation again for our front porch, and also our small breakfast balcony.

From start to finish the owner and workers were very professional, and follow up with all my concerns and explained clearly to finish! They also provided a company for me to designed the deck to ministry standards, and the company guide me through the process until finish.
Finally, they workers were very clean and cleaned up mess after their work. I would definitely recommend this company.

I chose Royal Innovation from the HomeStars reviews and a recommendation from a friend who used them. I wasn’t disappointed. Adam was patient and knowledgeable. Answered my questions (I had lots!) quickly. Project Manager, Jonathan, was exceptional. Attention to detail and positive can do attitude even when I made several changes. When the old deck was removed he pointed out several issues - worn electrical wire to the hot tub and faulty drainpipe - which were not related to the project. He takes pride in his work and made sure I was totally satisfied. I would highly recommend Royal Innovation. Enjoying the deck right now!
