Royal Innovation Deck Builder

I hired Royal Innovation to build a large multi level Ipe deck. They were mid priced in terms of quotes. The project was extremely challenging. Our old deck had rotted and the pergola was literally falling down. Adam and his crew were true professsionals. They are extremely knowledgeable and flexible. They were an absolute pleasure to work with. While the end result is stunning Adam ensured the process was smooth. They were always asking what I would like to do to improve the end result and were just a pleasure to work with. I have worked with many builders and Royal Onnovation easily proved themselves to be an outstanding company. I will definitely work with them again.

We had to renovate our whole backyard in a new build townhouse. We had a great experience building our composite deck and doing our landscaping. The crew was reliable and got the job done very quickly without sacrificing quality. They were also pleasant and nice to deal with. Would highly recommend using their services!

Adam and his company built the deck on a new home next door. I was impressed by the quality so asked him for a quote. Royal Innovation was not the cheapest but the saying 'you get what you pay for' applies here!

I had some challenges with my architect and permit approvals, and Adam helped by dealing with my architect and the city. He noted a problem with the plans and proactively resolved the issue so my permit could go through. When he came to look at the site for the quote, he showed that he is very knowledgeable and foresaw some issues that I had not anticipated. We had a hot tub to get moved and Adam came by on a weekend to help us with that, which was amazing. His guys were on time, professional and responsive to our needs.
My project was delayed on my end because of permits and Adam still bent over backward to ensure my job got done before my family arrived for a visit.

Adam always answered his phone and was unfailingly polite and helpful. There was a minor issue after the project was done and Adam was quickly responsive and again, helpful, saving us some money.

We have worked with many contractors and trades in our lives and Adam really is one of a kind. He is conscientious and cares about doing a good job and making sure his clients are happy. Further, the team Adam has assembled are all competent, cheerful, polite and very hard working.

I would 100% recommend Royal Innovation to any one looking for a gorgeous composite deck that will be enjoyed for years. Indeed, we are so happy we are going to get Adam to quote us for our front porch.

Extremely High Quality Work!! - We just had a 600 square foot 2 tier composite deck with lights and railings installed IN THE MIDDLE OF FEBRUARY! Starting from the beginning - meeting with EDAN, i knew this was the company i wanted to work with. I felt confidence right away that this was the kind of quality and customer service i was looking for. Communication before and during the project was perfect and my questions were alway addressed right away - even while EDAN was on vacation before the job start. When the installers showed up on the first day it was straight to business!! These guys showed up everyday bright and early ready to work everyday until the job was done! They were always professional, courteous and able to answer our questions during the job. I can’t stress how high of quality the work is. Our Deck is probably stronger, and more well built than most peoples homes!!! It seemed like 99% was not good enough for theses guys! Our deck is 100% in every way! We are so happy and look forward to many decades of enjoyment. I can’t wait to work again with this company in the future.. HIGHLY RECOMMEND ROYAL INNOVATIONS!!!

This is a review of a job that Adam did for us in January of last year, so we have lived with this new deck for over a year now. He and his team were one of three quotes we received. They were not the least expensive, but you could just tell that Adam really understood what he was doing, and that gave us confidence. He was also extremely easy to deal with, offered opinions and gave suggestions that were really helpful. Once we had decided on design, it was simply a matter of fitting the job into what i know was a very busy schedule.

I will skip past the detail, but suffice it to say that Adam really made an effort to accommodate our project. We really wanted to get things done before the spring mess, and the guys came through.

I also have to comment on the team that that took care of the project. Super guys, one and all. A real pleasure to see each morning and they definitely know their craft.

Wow! Royal Innovation is by far one of the most professional companies anyone could ask for. They gave us a flawless deck! Adam who oversees everything stayed with us every step of the way. He was accommodating and prompt when getting back to us. Once the deck work began, our deck was complete in such a short period of time. We had some very specific requirements in our project as we needed to have accessibility ramps included at the front and rear of our property - after our first meeting with Royal innovation, they were very helpful in working to understand the vision we had, and as we worked through the quote and permit process, we had to make multiple changes due to city requirements, and through the entire process, Adam was always just a phone call away and work through so many different options and scenarios for us, and eventually we got our final design approved and are thrilled with the outcome! The team that worked to build the decks we very accomodating, and kept us updated throughout the build - would highly recommend!!!

We contacted Royal Innovation with help redoing our upper level deck as we wanted to add stairs to connect it to the rest of the backyard.

Adam came out and talked to us about what we wanted to do and provided a quote quickly. From the beginning Adam was very easy to deal with and was great at communicating and giving us options to keep the project within our budget while ensuring that everything looked great.
