The deck built surpassed our expectation. It was superbly built. The builder was very courteous in explaining all of our questions and providing professional solutions. I would definitely recommend them.

The deck was completed on time and all cleaned up and ready for use as per the agreed time line. They even used a shop vac to clean any saw dust that fell on the grass...who does that!!!! ...a real professional!!

I would whole heartedly recommend Royal Innovation. They are very competent and build very strong structures. An example is instead of using 4x4 post to support the main joists, they use 6x6 post and also instead of the normal two 2x10, they use three 2x10. They are very efficient and innovative with suggestions for improvement that well thought out. For the steps again they used 4 stringers instead of the normal two. The quality and finishing of the work is excellent. They are very trust worthy and professional. Highly recommend.

I had a vision of my dream deck and not only did Adam make it happen but it turned even better than I ever imagined. The project included demolishing and removing the old deck, building a new foundation and constructing a multilevel composite deck, pouring a new concrete pad for the hot tub, installing a new railing with glass inserts and deck lighting. Adam had some great design tips and recommendations and he got the job done quickly and efficiently and earlier than expected. Adam was always reachable on his cellphone and a few times came to our house on very short notice. He and his team were professional and personable and a pleasure to deal with.

I had an idea for a multi-level outdoor living space that included a pool, a tanning area, a dining area and a conversation area. I took it to several design-build companies and in the end Royal Innovation's quote was less than HALF than the highest one we got. Adam was open to my ideas and patient with my many changes. He provided many options at all different price points. He was totally ok with us wanting to do this as cheap as possible! It is amazing to me that it turned out exactly as I had dreamed it. We now have a beautiful salt water pool to cool off in without the expense & permanence of an inground. And for a fraction of the price. Asking Adam about adding this feature for only 10k! (Includes 12 foot round pool, all equipment, installation & a lesson on how to maintain your salt water pool).

The crew worked so hard and the deck is perfect. They are truly talented. No need to drive to a cottage when this oasis is in your backyard. Dream big! Royal can make it happen. And for cheaper than you might think. :)

We had 2 trek decks with glass railing and lighting installed recently. I am so pleased with the final outcome. The project ended on time, on budget with a breathtaking and functional area that far exceeded my expectation. Adam took such great care of us with planning and design and was remarkably patient with several trips to our house, as I had difficulty settling on details as he gave me so many great choices. Our craftsman, Radoslavs' workmanship, professionalism and his ability to care about everything in his surroundings was exceptional. Adam and his team did a great job with our custom composite deck and cedar pergola. The deck and pergola are built to accuracy with solid, durable materials. Adam also created a concrete pad for our hot tub and integrated it with our deck. Royal Innovation are the go-to guys for custom high-end decks in the GTA!
