We got their contact through homestars. Pierre came home to introduce his business as well as provide an in home estimate, which included estimated hours and cost. During the day of move they were prompt and quite diligent. We have been moving every two years across USA, this was the only mover who brought in floor liners and rail liners. They demonstrated value for our articles and furniture. We were quite impressed by the speed and strength of Luke and Leo( Luke, Leo and Pierre helped us with the move). Luke was moving non stop during the entire tenure.
We would recommend them to friends and family any day.

Very professional team! Right from our first meeting with Pierre to every interaction with his team and the moving crew. Smart, thoughtful, diligent and considerate. They were very careful with our possessions and especially with our antiques and artwork. The move also came in right on budget - - very accurate estimate. We truly had a great experience.

We had them packers arrive promptly the first day and they were very efficient with packing and labeling. The second day was moving day and everything went seamlessly and fast

the team was amazing. They arrived on time introduced themselves and right to work they went. They moved my furniture from storage and brought and moved into my home and set it all up. they even finished sooner than the alotted time.

When Pierre came to my house to give me a quote he explained the process throughly and gave me an estimate of how long he thought it would take to move us and he sold me a package of the appropriate boxes, bubble wrap, tape etc. He was extremely professional and very pleasant to deal with. He took lots of time to explain in detail how he produced the quote, everything was transparent.

Leo, the manager, called two days before to ensure everything was ready and to take the deposit, again very pleasant and professional.He gave me our drivers name.

On the day of our move I received a call from our driver informing me they were their way. The team of guys were all very polite and respectful of our home. They worked really hard and even went to lengths like taking the basement door off for us so we could get a chest freezer in the basement. Nothing was too much trouble for them.

All in all I am very happy with the service provided and we will be using High Energy Transport for our next move. I will also be more than happy to recommend this company to other people, I know that they too will receive a great service.

The CEO met with me personally before the move to discuss the details and pricing. The workers arrived punctually both times and carried out the work in a very timely manner. This company realizes that moving is a stressful time and they made all possible efforts to minimize the stress by carrying out the work rapidly and with the minimum of fuss. The price was right too.

Jaidon and Justin, our two movers, were excellent, professional and efficient. We have moved house a number of times now and this was by far our easiest move, mainly because of those guys. High Energy Transport were fantastic from the initial contact and quote service, through to the check backs post move. We vetted about 5 or 6 companies and they were by far the most impressive. Couldn't recommend them more highly.

These guys were worth every penny. Their guarantee came into effect and I was not charged a single dime more for the extra hour of work they needed to do to fulfill the contract. And they did it willingly with a smile on their faces. This is the worry and hassle free company I'll be calling next time I need to move.
