The workers arrived on time, put down matts and wrapped our furniture. With 4 movers the job was completed in around 5 hours with no issues. Everyone who assisted in the move was extremely respectful, courteous and very careful with our belongings. I highly recommend High Energy Transport Inc.

High Energy made a long distance move much less stressful. They are professional, dedicated and a very hard working crew who clearly enjoy what they do. Great attention was given to every parcel and piece of furniture which resulted in no damages whatsoever. The move was completed much quicker than anticipated as all members worked well together as a team. We have passed High Energy's information on to neighbors, family and friends. We also shared this information with our real estate agent so that she may update her information brochure. We received quotes from other moving companies but High Energy was by far the best deal. This review would not be complete without special mention of Pierre, the president. Pierre made several visits to our home during the moving process to ensure we were 100% satisfied, which we certainly were.

High Energy Transport exceeded my expectations in every way. From the home visit with the president, to the actual move and follow-up that evening, I was simply blown away by the amazing service.

Luke and Lionel were awesome! They showed up on time, and carefully dismantled and wrapped my furniture. After a safe transport to the new place, they patiently waited while I troubleshot at the new condo, and then got me all moved in in record speed. They were amazing, asking me where I wanted my furniture to go and setting it up, and even moving the same item a few times, as I couldn't decide where I wanted it. Lionel even went out of his way to fix my bed - one of the drawers was installed incorrectly years ago, and he made sure to install it correctly when he re-assembled the bed in the new place. So in fact, it is better now than it ever was! Luke was a master with getting all the boxes in safely, securely and quickly. By the end of the move, it felt like we were old friends.

I highly recommend this company to anyone who is moving - whether it be in-town, out-of-town, office or personal. They are simply amazing and you won't regret it.

It is obvious that all staff have customer service and satisfaction as their utmost priority. They have excellent interpersonal skills. It is also evident that they have excellent skills in moving households, and work efficiently, quickly, and are very organized. Their level of professionalism is excellent.
