When Pierre came to my house to give me a quote he explained the process throughly and gave me an estimate of how long he thought it would take to move us and he sold me a package of the appropriate boxes, bubble wrap, tape etc. He was extremely professional and very pleasant to deal with. He took lots of time to explain in detail how he produced the quote, everything was transparent.
Leo, the manager, called two days before to ensure everything was ready and to take the deposit, again very pleasant and professional.He gave me our drivers name.
On the day of our move I received a call from our driver informing me they were their way. The team of guys were all very polite and respectful of our home. They worked really hard and even went to lengths like taking the basement door off for us so we could get a chest freezer in the basement. Nothing was too much trouble for them.
All in all I am very happy with the service provided and we will be using High Energy Transport for our next move. I will also be more than happy to recommend this company to other people, I know that they too will receive a great service.
