Get charged visit fee twice due to technician's error
My dishwasher broke due to a broken cable connector (my fault, I tried to replace the detergent dispenser) , technician came, quoted me 200 parts + 200 labor, told him to go ahead, coming back a week later with the wrong cable, now told me need to replace the whole control unit (>450), which I declined and got a new dishwasher. Eventually received 16 dollars refund out of 200 deposit (citing some none existence work thus has to charge me 2 x visit fee ).
Stay away, the dishonest technician quotes you with highest parts price and it takes 3 weeks and 5 calls to be told that's the story.
