We were in the process of purchasing a home when the inspector alerted us to some moisture problems in the basement. Being a very old home with an foundation with exposed bedrock, it required extensive cleaning to remove mold and years of dust and dirt that could lead to more mold growth.

We hired Gabriel to do this work, and he and his team did an exceptional job cleaning up this tough area to work in (the ceilings are low). They HEPA vacuumed the surfaces, scrubbed, and treated everything to prevent future amplification (including wood shelves), and also cleaned our ducts (which were extremely dusty - with older homes there is extra concern with this kind of thing, as house dust is a known mutagen, and old building materials with constituents like lead are probably part of that dust, so we were very happy to get them vacuumed out).

It looked like a different basement once the job was done.

I will probably hire him again in the future for duct cleaning; he is polite, respectful, and patient, and is happy to answer questions.
