Georgian Home Comfort

After the Georgian crew replaced our furnace, they advised that the duct work that connects the furnace to the distribution was not providing full airflow, thus causing an overheat situation and poor distribution to all the rooms.
This situation is now resolved with new ductwork.( I wish I had taken a before picture) Jonathan and his crew Cory and Adam were very professional, o and made sure that everything worked properly before the left. I highly recommend Georgian Home Comfort.

We recently bought a home with an 18+ year old HVAC system & water heater. After reaching out to a number of vendors, we choose to work with Georgian Home Comfort and the experience was fantastic!
Randy was very knowledgeable and responsive during the quoting process especially since I wanted to relocate the new water heater and remediate some pre-existing ducting issues. He even visited during the work to ensure everything was going well.
Jon, Corey & Adam were amazing. These guys really know their stuff and were happy to answer my questions and make some recommendations. During the furnace removal they discovered a couple of hidden major ductwork deficiencies and they remediated them on the spot. Jon’s patching skills showed great pride and professionalism. He didn’t just cut a piece of sheet metal and attach it with a couple of screws. He bent & fitted the sheet metal patches to conform to the ductwork so it would stay on without screws before he screwed and metal taped the patches, real craftsmanship…
I elected to replace the original builder supplied cold air mixing box with a real HRV and when Jon & Corey were finished with the entire installation (new furnace, AC, water heater & HRV) it looked like something out of a sales brochure. Everything was neatly routed and properly attached for years of trouble free service. It’s a shame some of their work will be covered up by drywall.
We’ve already noticed a positive difference in the airflow & temperature balance in the house after the guys completed their work. They care and their attention to detail is impressive!

We needed our electric furnace fixed quickly as it quit during the winter. We called Georgian Home Comfort and received wonderful service from Cynthia and technician Steve! From start to finish the service was quick, efficient and professional and we would certainly recommend them! 10/10!!

I had some 'unusual' noises in the furnace. Contacted Georgian Home Services [I had used them before for a tune-up and I was pleased with their service] to come and have a look.
Excellent communications throughout both with Cynthia in the office and with Steve the service technician.
The problem was solved and I was extremely satisfied.

Randy, Jonathan and Corey was great. Randy came to my house same day as I called to give me a quote, he knew exactly what would be best for my house. Set me up with an installation of my new furnace a few days later. Jonathan and Corey were quick and cleaned up too.

Randy was at my home within 24 hours of my request for a quote on a mini split air conditioning system. He was friendly, courteous and we discussed my possible options. He promised he could deliver within 2 weeks, and he did. Both the electrician and the HVAC staff (Jonathan and his team) were great to work with. They cleaned up very well after themselves, worked quietly around my daughter and I who were working from home while they were there, and explained everything as they went along. They helped me to come up with solutions that were both efficient and as cost effective as possible, for my needs now and in the future. Randy came by both days (during electrical work and HVAC install) to check in with the guys. The office staff were thorough and polite. In summary, the experience was solidly pleasant and I am very happy with the unit. I definitely plan to work with this company in the future.

Exceptionally professional experienced HONEST company! We needed a completely new air conditioning system and gas furnace. Right from the start through to finish, we enjoyed outstanding customer service and communication. From Guy who quoted the job through to the amazing installation crew of Jonathan and Corey, everyone was honest, professional, experienced, punctual and personable. The installation went without issue with Jonathan and Corey's attention to every detail evident after it was finished. Everything was taken care of from the removal of the old system right down to the explanation of the new system operation and what to expect. It's really nice too when you can see how proud they are of their work as well.
